Cut for the Crown 2026

Competition Policy

Real Work. Real People. Real Votes.

The Competition Policy for Cut for the Crown 2026 — what to submit, how votes decide it, and how to campaign without gaming it.

1. Submission Standard

Every Submission must show genuine professional hair or grooming work created or controlled by the Competitor. It must run between 30 seconds and 3 minutes and visibly feature and use at least one Imperial Barber Grade Products product. Capitalized terms have the meanings stated in the Official Rules.

2. Production

Professional filming equipment is not required. Use clear footage, good lighting and a clear view of the work. Vertical video is strongly encouraged.

3. Creative Direction

Show the craft. Show the result. Show your point of view. Represent yourself and your Represented Business professionally. These are creative prompts only and are not judging criteria.

4. Votes Decide It

Votes are the sole competitive metric. Likes do not count. Comments do not count. Razzle Dazzle Assistant use does not count. Social followers do not count. Sponsor does not score professional work. The public Votes.

Votes decide the Competition. Likes and Comments are for community engagement and do not affect ranking.

5. Professional and Safe Content

Submissions must depict lawful professional services performed in a reasonably safe manner. Sponsor may reject dangerous practices, illegal conduct or content Sponsor reasonably determines should not be amplified.

6. Prohibited Content

No sexually explicit material, sexualized nudity, graphic violence, hateful content, targeted harassment, credible threats, exploitation, illegal drug activity, unlawful discrimination or other inappropriate material. Do not humiliate clients, expose sensitive private information or submit people without permission.

7. Rights

Submit content you created or control. Get permission from everyone shown or heard. You are responsible for music and other protected material.

8. Legitimate Campaigning

Ask real people to Vote. Clients, coworkers, friends, family, followers, your shop, your city and your community may support you. Share your link, use your QR code and promote your Submission. Lawful paid promotion directing real people to personally register and Vote is permitted.

9. Do Not Game the Vote

No purchased Votes, bots, scripts, vote farms, fake accounts, duplicate identities, casting Votes for another person, creating Voter accounts for others or manufactured voting activity.

10. Likes

Anyone may Like a public Submission. Likes exist to show engagement. A Like is not a Vote. Likes never determine ranking, advancement, Runner Up placement or the Champion.

11. Comments

Registered users may Comment. Comments exist for community interaction. Sponsor may moderate, hide, remove or disable Comments. Harassment, threats, hate, spam, scams, impersonation, doxxing, explicit content, malicious links and abusive behavior may be removed and may result in account action. Comments never affect Competition ranking.

By posting a Comment, you confirm you have the right to post it and grant Sponsor a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote and archive the Competition portal.

12. Razzle Dazzle Assistant

Use it if it helps. Ignore it if it does not. The Razzle Dazzle Assistant can help with a Submission title or description. It does not touch your video, evaluate professional skill, predict performance, judge your work, assign Votes or affect Competition results. You are responsible for anything you choose to publish.

13. Respect the Competition

Competitive energy is welcome. Harassment, threats, doxxing, sabotage, hacking, impersonation, fraudulent reporting or interference with another Competitor is not.

14. Review

Sponsor may approve, reject, return for changes or remove a Submission. Prior approval does not prevent later removal if a rights, eligibility, safety or compliance problem is discovered.

15. Social Posting

Social posting is encouraged but optional. Tag Imperial Barber Grade Products and use #CutForTheCrown2026 so Sponsor can find and potentially amplify your work. Do not claim a placement, endorsement, partnership or Prize that has not been confirmed.
